New Build Computer Freezes Randomly. I even went out to buy different ram to see if that may he the issue, but it also froze. All drivers are updated all windows updates are installed.

Any help would be appreciated. If your computer still freezes frequently and randomly on windows 10, you may try to either perform a system restore to roll back to the previous version or do a clean install of windows 10 to find a fix.

That same ram is now in my current build. Make sure to click the cpu column to sort it in descending order.now, you can see which processes are taking up the most cpu on your computer.

2) in your bios make sure you have xmp enabled and have selected the profile and you are getting the correct speeds from within windows. 6600k stock w/ arctic cooling 240mm wc aio kit.

I ran an overclock of 3.7ghz on the cpu and used the xmp profile for the ram. 6600k stock w/ arctic cooling 240mm wc aio kit.

The only way out is cold reboot via the case reset button. The problem with my pc is that ive been experiencing random crashes, total freezes where i need to manually reboot the pc from the power button.

In my case, i believe there is a difficulty with how the motherboard reads the ram. It may be the ram, as ram typically causes freezing like that.
